CreatorFlow is a desktop creator utility designed to help authenticated creators review, manage, and publish their own video content through supported platform integrations.

CreatorFlow uses official APIs and authorization mechanisms provided by connected platforms.

2. Information CreatorFlow May Access

When a creator connects a supported account, CreatorFlow may receive information necessary to provide the requested publishing functionality.

3. Authentication Information

4. Video Content

CreatorFlow processes video files selected or prepared by the creator for publishing.

Local video files remain under the creator's control. CreatorFlow sends a video to a connected platform only as part of an authorized publishing workflow.

5. TikTok Integration

CreatorFlow may integrate with TikTok using official TikTok developer products, including Login Kit and the Content Posting API.

TikTok may independently process information submitted through its APIs according to TikTok's own terms, developer policies, and privacy practices.

6. How Information Is Used

Information accessed by CreatorFlow may be used to:

• Retrieve available creator publishing settings
• Upload creator-selected content
• Check publishing and processing status
• Recover safely from interrupted publishing operations

8. Data Storage

CreatorFlow is designed as a desktop application. Application state, authentication information, and publishing records may be stored locally on the creator's device.

Creators remain responsible for maintaining the security of their computer and local application files.

9. Data Retention

Locally stored application data may remain on the creator's device until it is removed by the creator or no longer required by the application.

Data processed by connected third-party platforms may be subject to those platforms' own retention policies.

10. Creator Control

Creators control which supported accounts they authorize and which content they choose to submit through CreatorFlow.

Authorization may be revoked through the connected platform where supported.

11. Security

CreatorFlow is designed to use official authentication and API mechanisms instead of collecting platform passwords directly.

Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce accidental disclosure of locally stored authentication information.
