1. About CreatorFlow

CreatorFlow is a desktop creator utility designed to help authenticated creators review, manage, and publish their own video content through supported third-party platform integrations.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using CreatorFlow, you agree to use the application in accordance with these Terms of Service and the applicable rules of any connected third-party platforms.

3. Authorized Use

CreatorFlow is intended for creators managing content that they own or are authorized to publish.

  • You must use accounts that you are authorized to access.
  • You must have the right to publish submitted video content.
  • You must comply with applicable platform policies.
  • You must not use CreatorFlow for unlawful activity.

4. Creator Responsibility

The creator remains responsible for all content submitted through CreatorFlow, including video, captions, metadata, and publishing settings.

CreatorFlow does not transfer ownership of uploaded content.

5. Connected Accounts

CreatorFlow may allow creators to connect supported third-party accounts using official authentication mechanisms.

Creators are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and local devices.

6. TikTok Integration

CreatorFlow may use official TikTok developer services including Login Kit and the Content Posting API.

TikTok functionality remains subject to TikTok's terms, developer requirements, platform policies, privacy practices, and technical availability.

7. Publishing Controls

CreatorFlow may present relevant publishing information such as:

  • Authenticated creator account
  • Selected video file
  • Caption information
  • Available privacy settings
  • Available interaction settings

Creators are responsible for reviewing these settings before confirming publication.

8. Third-Party Platform Availability

CreatorFlow depends on external APIs and services operated by third parties.

Features may become temporarily unavailable due to API limits, authentication changes, service interruptions, policy changes, or platform restrictions.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use CreatorFlow to:

  • Publish content without appropriate rights or permission
  • Access accounts without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass platform access controls or restrictions
  • Use the software for unlawful activity
  • Distribute malicious or harmful content
  • Interfere with connected platform services

10. Intellectual Property

Creators retain responsibility for and rights to their own submitted content, subject to any separate agreements with connected platforms.

CreatorFlow's software, interface, documentation, and branding remain subject to their applicable ownership rights.

11. No Guarantee of Publication

CreatorFlow cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process, publish, distribute, recommend, or retain submitted content.

Connected platforms independently determine content eligibility, moderation, visibility, distribution, and availability.

12. Service Availability

CreatorFlow may be modified, updated, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued as functionality and platform integrations evolve.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

CreatorFlow is provided as a creator publishing utility and relies on external services for connected-platform functionality.

The creator remains responsible for verifying content, account permissions, captions, publishing settings, and compliance with applicable rules.

14. Privacy

Use of CreatorFlow is also governed by the CreatorFlow Privacy Policy.
